Local Shipping (UAE):


Delivery time: 1-3 business days.


Flat-rate shipping fee 25 AED or free shipping on orders above 300 AED



International Shipping:


Delivery time: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.


Shipping costs vary based on the country and weight of the order.




3. Order Tracking


For local delivery, there is no order tracking at the recent moment but soon will available.

For international shipping, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status.


4. Delivery Policy


Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

 

Once the delivery has been completed and the delivery personnel have left your location, they will not be able to return for any additional requests or changes.

 

5. Delays and Issues


While we work with reliable courier services, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs clearance).


If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.



6. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
